Sun 'N Fun 2011
Friends,
This week we will be in Lakeland, Fla., for our 23rd consecutive Sun 'N Fun Fly In March 29-April 3. The Corvair All Stars, Mark Petniunas from
Falcon, Roy Szarafinski from Roy's Garage, and Dan Weseman from Fly 5th Bearing, will all be on hand at our FlyCorvair.com booth
located at NE-4 between the main Sunset Grill cafeteria and the Zenith display. If you're familiar with the airport, see the map
below. Otherwise, you can follow the directions in the program.
We will have the full range of products available, from Manuals and DVDs straight through a newly test run, cost-is-no-object, 3
Liter Corvair engine. We will have almost every catalog part on hand in quantity.
I am giving two Corvair forums, Wednesday and Friday at noon in the new Forums building.
Builders who would like any part inspected should bring it in to the show, and after hours I'll march out to the parking lot to
take a look at larger parts.
Friday, April 1st, Roy Szarafinski is hosting a repeat of his riotously fun impromptu barbecue inaugurated last
year. Stop by the FlyCorvair.com NE-4 Booth for more details.
Sun 'N Fun is the kickoff of the season in the world of experimental aircraft. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
The action at the show starts at sunrise and continues long after midnight. We will not have a chance to take a look at e-mail or
have phone calls forwarded while we're at the show. If anyone on the Net mentions an unanswered call or e-mail, please give them a
friendly reminder that we are at the second largest air show in the World and will gladly contact them upon our return.
