Oil Top Cover With AN-6 Fittings
We normally only sell the Oil Top Cover as part of a remanufactured Rear Oil Accessory Case. However, in order to get a good price from the
CNC shop, we specified a large quantity, more than enough for our own Rear Accessory Case production. This part is now available for
a limited number of homebuilders who want to rebuild their own Oil Accessory Case, but don't want to hassle with trying to replicate this extremely accurate
CNC part.
While not every aircraft requires one of these, it's been our standard installation since 2004. Almost all 601s use them, and it's
required on a Cleanex installation. This part is another good example of our automation to a more efficient shop. In prior years,
these pieces all were handcrafted by Dave The Bear. This CNC model is so accurate, the five mounting holes have less than 15/1,000"
clearance, and yet fit perfectly.
It may be a while before we have a surplus of these again. If you want one, please order soon.
